The Orange Terrace Hostel is one of those places where you will meet other fellow travellers very easily. It has a very cosy and homey feel. Plenty of space to chill and hang out and just feel like home.
The house is a old and very typical portuguese style house which gives it it´s character and charm.
About us
I started this hostel back in 2013. I was very lucky to have found this quirky old house and renovated it just enough so I could open it as a hostel. Since then me, my friends and colleagues and eventually my girlfriend renovated and improved this hostel from year to year. Since 2018 our Border Collie boy Sunny is part of our family.
We are lucky to have had the opportunity to welcome thousands of guests through out the years from all parts of the world. This makes for interesting and fun conversations and even led to friendships.
We are looking forward for what is still to come.
Activities
The surrounding beaches are definetely worth to be discovered and there are plenty of them. Caves and tunnels to swim through and small hidden beaches... Algarve at its best.
Benagil Cave
Visit the famous BENAGIL Cave.
We offer transport direclty to the Benagil beach. We provide life vests and kayaks for easy access to the Benagil Cave.
Cliff Jumping
Ever went cliff jumping?
We take you to a perfect spot to jump off 10-20 meter cliff formations into the atlantic ocean. After that you will swim back to a little hidden beach through a cave.
Roof Top BBQ
Enjoy one of the best BBQs on our roof top terrace. Food, drinks and good company in a great atmosphere.
